Absolute terrible customer service! I usually do my shopping with my disability support worker and today I attended on my own to this store. I needed some help from staff to locate a item the staff
member named Tracey, I asked if she could please help me and her response to me was go find it in the womens section I asked her a second question in regards to finding a larger size for a dress I really liked and her response was “I don’t work in the womens department if you can’t find it over there then we probably don’t have it. I received no help. I was so upset and offended that I was about to just leave my trolley there with approx $200 worth of items in the trolley. I did speak with the young girl at the checkout desk I think her name was Alyssa who was incredibly kind and empathetic regarding my experience her kindness and professionalism kept me from just walking away and I continued to purchase my items $200 worth. Unfortunately I do not think I will ever return to this store specifically and will be mindful not to do my shopping without my support worker. After I made payment I left the store in tears. Staff at this store need to do better! Very disappointing.

Just went here no trolleys got a microwave air fry and a bag full of other stuff. Asked the young girl at the front desk for a trolley and was told we don’t have them here. Said she could get someone to help me. A big young man came and started to look for a trolley and I said if you carry the microwave I will carry everything else only to be told he is not allowed to carry something that heavy. What a joke you let a 64 year old woman carry it all. Worst customer service ever. Kmart you need to put trolleys there. I will never shop there again. Even had a couple older then me wanting to help me god bless them.

Amazing K Hub. I pether to shop at K Hubs more then Kmart, because K Hubs have lots of options like Target, the clothes are perfect, the shoes are perfect, the toys are perfect, the kids, adults, womens, adults are good, home stuff is perfect. Prices are good. I am definitely going to shop here. Also prices are very cheap and plenty of parking, friendly staffs and stuff. Everything you need to buy here in a small clean store and lots of options.

Handy having a Kmart in the Hawkesbury, only a hub store so can't stock the same amount as the large shops but think you can order an item in, replaced the old Target store in Windsor, plenty of parking at rear. They are really bad at answering their phone to see if something is in stock as they don't have everything that the large ones do, just frustrating😡

This is not your typical Kmart, it's possibly 1/10th the size of a normal Kmart. Not many options and variety. Skip this store and drive to rouse hill, only 15 minutes away. Don't waste your time at this store.

Very small store. Staff are quite rude. Wouldn't sell me a item because it didn't have a tag and it was also the last one there so I'm really not happy with the service.
It is very clean I give them that but it's also very empty so?

I love Kmart. This shop is a great in-between to get a few items.
Easy shop layout, polite and friendly staff members.

The staff are always apologetic and very polite but it's quite frustrating that they appear to be short staffed.
