So grateful to all the wonderful volunteers who were punctual, polite, friendly, so accommodating & helpful and very professional. Even while struggling to meet demand (as they lost many drivers due to some difficulties with management) the team managed to fit me in almost every time I needed it. TIP: make sure you book as far in advance as possible, especially for longer trips.

So bad I don’t know where to start, just ageing baby boomers aiming to get some brownie points for heaven. Can’t do early morning, middle of the day or afternoon. Can’t drive to Sydney too scared. This service needs a bomb under it and govt funds best spent elsewhere. Staff are rude, ignorant individuals with no compassion. Tried on multiple occasions to deal with this appalling service but to no avail. There only to make themselves feel good. Such a shame for those of us disabled and unable to get around. You have made my life impossible. Can’t get to basic medical appointments because you refuse. You made a disabled person persons life hell. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

What a wonderful organisation. I was unable to take my husband to 3 medical appointments but the lovely people at Shoalhaven Community Transport arranged everything and made sure my husband got there and home safe and sound. I can’t thank them enough.
