Unfortunately I'd have to agree with the other reviews im regards to my experience, it's very sad to see a support agency deliver such poor experiences and not change, they have quite the reputation in our local community and its a wonder why no one has changed anything to repair this. Communication is key and some staff lack effective and polite communication skills.

Great lady at carers gateway organised respite for my son at this soulless place. I had to go into hospital for lifesaving care.
After confirming care they wanted me print forms out or over phone as i already walked both me n my disabled son down town to catch the hour into town bus/ She said it was okay if i filled them out on the bus and drop them with my son at respite house which she tell me where it was once we got into town.
We got into town she avoided my calls then had she had a prob with me calling the main office then it was upload forms digitally. I in middle of town she seem take pride in messing us about knowing i had no access to anything. Then called me knowing last bus home was coming in min. oh sorry no forms but with great delight use our services in future. Sad part i was warned about this last week but thought they disability service surely wouldnt stringalong someone especially needing urgent help. The Redflag moment should been when she said drop paperwork at respite home then hang up before address given. Dont use this service got two upset children prob sleepless nite come hospital 7am tomoro tired upset kids all because one lying narcissist. Exactly what happened!!!

Was NOT a positive experience as I had genuinely expected and been lead to believe, very disappointed in the total lack of communication, assumption and the way management were not at all supportive of staff.
Was a real let down that has left a very negative view on how this company treats its staff!
