I had the most disappointing and infuriating experience at Yes Unlimited The Hub. The staff were incredibly unprofessional, disorganized, and showed a complete lack of empathy or care for their clients. It felt like no one there had any idea what they were doing, and the level of incompetence was genuinely shocking.

The facilities were poorly maintained, unwelcoming, and downright uncomfortable. It was clear that the space was not designed with the needs of the people it’s supposed to support in mind. The waiting times were excruciatingly long, only to be followed by dismissive and unhelpful conversations with staff who seemed completely uninterested in assisting or providing meaningful support.

Any attempt to reach out for help was met with apathy and a clear lack of follow-through. Promises were made but never kept, and crucial matters were left unresolved. The overall environment was chaotic and uninviting, making an already difficult situation even worse.

If you’re in need of real support and assistance, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. This place fails to meet even the most basic standards of service and respect. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place if you can.

What a great place to have in our community. Really impressed with staff and services offered to a relative in need. I recommended anyone needing assistance with housing to visit these guys. As with anything, you get out of it what you put in.
