So this afternoon at about 4:45 I went in to office works to find my daughter a calculator. I was helped by this lovely young woman named Ruby. She was so sweet and really wanted to help me which made me feel great. This young women was a star worker! I found everything that I needed at left the store feeling great. Thanks so much Ruby

WARNING! I have been a satisfied customer at Officeworks ever since it opened. Today that changed. A few days ago I purchased a software package, but subsequently changed my plans and decided to return my purchase. It is the kind where you actually buy a card containing a scratch-off access code for the software download. My card had not been scratched, but the cashier just said "no refunds on software". I was unaware of that policy at the time of purchase. The card had obviously not been used. $377.00 down the drain! It will be a long while before I go to Officeworks again.

Went to albury store to purchase a new phone on Thursday 29th June 2024 and spoke with ethan. He couldn't have been any more help and his service was second to none. Due to the friendly and warming service we got from ethan we ended up getting our new phone from officeworks. We had to order it and there was a someone who seemed new to the job on the counter and ethan took his time and was very helpful with her also to guide her through the process. He is a great asset to the team at officeworks albury. Couldn't have been happier with the service we got.

Needed our passport photo done , online states 'Drop into your nearest Officeworks store at a time that suits you' - we went in after 5.30 pm and no one there was able to help us - very disappointing
