I won a 24 week boxing / martial arts voucher to Adapt (it was two 12 week vouchers but they were kind enough to stack them for me).

Genuinely very impressed, while I focused mostly on the boxing, I did attend a handful of the martial arts classes and both are extremely enjoyable. Really highlighted the bad habits in my general striking offence / defence and reinforced good habits.

The trainers and team are very knowledgeable and professional. Whether your goal is training for a fight / fitness / skill development etc... the chance you will find it here is extremely high. They have also built a welcoming community.

Also if you want to see how well they train their fighters, attend one of their fight nights.

My girls love coming here. We always feel welcomed by Master Kosta and his lovely team. I love the way they deal with the kids. Kids feel respected when every time they were welcomed by their names! They even call my little one with her preferred name which is a nice gesture!
I have tried some other Martial art centres two years ago before we come to ADAPT and I did not like the way they yell at kids. This is always home to my kids and we love it

I joined Adapt looking to improve my fitness & learn boxing, which I'm doing, but the best part is the openness & welcoming feeling I never expected.
The trainers are awesome, take the time to teach as well as make you comfortable & get you to push yourself.
I was worried about an ego show being the new person who'd never boxed a day in her life, but the people there seem to want everyone to better their skills & make it a really good environment. When Adapt talk about being a family, they're being legit 😊

I went to an adults boxing class & was nervous being more of a beginner. Kosta is an incredible trainer & made me feel very welcome. The class was challenging while still catering to all levels of experience. Highly recommend these classes to anyone thinking of giving boxing a try!
