The staff here have actually found methods of being rude to customers before they are even being served, all you have to do is walk in the door to get the treatment. One lady stared at me like I'd just landed from outer space when I asked to get a Stat Dec signed, clearly having no idea. The other aggressive one told her 'I refuse to do them'. Classic.

The staff here were deliberately overcharging to send Christmas cards overseas in 2023 (at least $10 over the stated price on the website). Yes, card only, no package. When I pointed it out to the staff member she just glared angrily at me and then yelled "Next!" to dismiss me. They continued to overcharge in the weeks after, even after their error had been pointed out.

I now try to avoid the Wallsend post office whenever I can. I have noticed the staff have been so rude over the last 3 or so years and they try to make things so difficult for customers. When I reported this conduct through the Australia Post website I received no response.

It was my first experience. I bought online stuff from a country that reached me in Australia, but without calling or sending me an email, they kept my mail for less than 10 days, and I spent a lot for this mail, more than 2000 thousand dollars, but from The fact that they did not take any responsibility to return my post back to sender

I am very upset and I do not believe that they did not fulfill their duty, no matter how many times they have to call or send an email moreover than cople times , now I have to pay again from my pocket for it to be returned. If I did, they could keep my post in the warehouse for at least a month so maybe i was sick or something happened
They should kept it instead return
Or call or email use again

One particular female employee (the older lady who hates her job) makes this place so unpleasant to attend.
She is so rude to customers, huffs and puffs at everything and has zero customer service skills.
Yes it is very busy in the afternoons with the line out the door but how does she think we feel having to wait almost 40 minutes to collect something that was meant to be left in the letterbox.
She is beyond rude and aggressive and needs to find a job that doesn’t involve serving people.
The male staff are great and always pleasant, this woman lets the whole place down for everyone.

Was there to send 2 parcel. As this is my first time here, I wasn’t sure how to post, went to the counter where the big lady with the glasses served me, she was so rude. Firstly there was no one in the store yet she asked me to stay in the line. Secondly she was so rude when I ask her the procedures to post a parcel. WILL NOT COME BACK HERE. I rather drive a bit further than being disrespected.

Horrible service, rude staff! Don’t waste your time going to this place!
Took my 4yo for a passport photo and the old lady said in a very rude way “wait over there” and turned her eyes in disgust. After waiting for more than 10 minutes and taking others people’s photos (who were way behind us in the queue), another lady came for the photo. My son did not want to look at photo and I was trying to talk to him while she said “might need to come another day”.
If you guys can’t handle kids photos or don’t know how to treat kids, DO NOT OFFER THIS SERVICE! Simple as that!
And for the old lady, you shouldn’t be working with customer service because you have no manners!
