Have been going to Fitslim for a little over a month now and I can’t believe the results I’ve already seen. Anna from Brighton-Le-Sands Fitslim always welcomes me with the most positive and uplifting energy it’s a great way to start my time there. The fact I can fit exercise into my busy schedule is so amazing as it’s only 30mins!

First time trying FITSLIM was greeted by Fiona made us feel very comfortable she was super lovely and really helpful she explained the whole process really well. After the session included a body scan which was very helpful what areas I need to focus on. Have already booked another season!!! Thank you again Fiona x

I cannot recommend this place enough! I have been coming here since May 2021 and I couldn't be happier! The vibe, the sweat and the results are the bomb!!! The girls at Brighton are amazing 10/10 service 10/10 cleanliness! Shout out to my fave girls Fiona and Anna ❤️

The staff at Brighton le sands are fantastic super helpful and friendly. I like the package deals as you get more sessions for a good value. Definitely a great place to bust out the cardio sessions
