Highly recommend. Our kids started little ninjas. We were worried because our youngest was 3.5 but she can follow the instructions fine. They both love karate and so good for focus and discipline building. Totally worth the investment. It's very rewarding for them and they are so cute in their little uniforms.

For all those out there who want to train and become fitter but just don’t know where to start, IMC Wetherill Park is the place to be.

From the moment you walk in, you’ll feel supported and cared for by the amazing team. They are not only welcoming but also make you feel like part of a community.

Having recently joined IMC Martial Arts gym - in particular the adults kick boxing classes with Coach Liam. His passion for what he does shines through in every class, where enthusiasm and expertise come together perfectly. The classes are fun, structured, engaging, and there is something here for everyone. During the class you definitely think twice about why you joined but walk away remembering why you joined always coming back for more.

If you're ready to challenge yourself in a positive, encouraging environment, this gym is absolute gem.

Kickboxing has helped dramatically with my son’s confidence, coordination and fitness. The coaches are professional but also fun and caring at the same time. They are all very good with kids, Coach Liam is the BEST!!

We joined IMC Wetherill Park recently and my kids were learning different martial art and were unfamiliar with karate. However, after almost a month the friendly staff and the amazing instructors make this demanding switch looks possible eventually!!! Many thanks to the whole team because treats my kids equal with others and I do understand how difficult is is for them sometimes (I mean mainly the instructors) and might inconvenient too. 🙂 I consider big plus that there are more than one instructors in each training session and each kid can get the needed attention for improving itself.
I would definitely recommend IMC Wetherill Park for anyone who wants to learn karate techniques, exercise his/herself but also having some fun. Good job guys!!!

Can’t fault this place (the environment the coaches) Signed my teenage son up here about 3 months ago now (currently in kickboxing classes) and he is thriving physically mentally his fitness his confidence so we are very happy and can’t wait to see his journey unfold 🙂

Joined recently about a month ago and probably the best investment i've made in myself yet, this really benefits all areas of life not just physical strength but mental strength as well, they build you into the best character you can be, looking forward to training here for much longer. Atmosphere, coaches and people training are all welcoming and great and help increase your confidence and skills by a great amount. Recommend trying it out

5 of my siblings train here and they love it! The coaches are all very friendly and competent. I'm a nurse and when my sister broke her arm they gave her great first aid. You can be sure that your children will be well taken care of
