This was what you would expect from a big chain store. Plenty of parking and good service. The store is laid out well and the aisles are spacious. There were plenty of things on sale too. We had some film developed and they did a great job and the guy who served us was super friendly. There is good security at the store and the staff were efficient and friendly

Tried to buy fresh pavlova meringues which were off. Spoke to the staff who could not care. Management were the same. Will not be rushing back to this store in Kempsey. Absolutely disgusting service

Usual range of Big W merchandise.
Plenty of free parking close to entrance.
Well set out.
Only one check out in operation while always leads to delays.
Yes they prefer you serve yourself saving them wages and inconvenience of answering questions about products.
Apart from Electronic section virtually no staff on the floor.
One assistant in returns,service & lay bye only.
Usually a small but comprehensive garden section that turns up good quality bulbs & plants.
The tomato's were reduced to half price but as the photo shows they should grow to maturity well.

I had a great shopping experience and got exactly what was needed. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Had to return 1 item that didn't fit and got a no hassle refund. Will definitely be shopping here again.

Tried buying a voucher with a Christmas gift card and apparently that's not allowed. I can't use the gift card in PS store so I go to buy credits for said store as my gift and you guys can't sell vouchers correctly. Such an amazing way to celebrate Christmas and the new year!!

Very poor service ,employees have really strong discriminate,I ask swim nappy n reusable nappy if wear swim one still need nappy or not . n old lady looking like around 50 years old lady with thick makeup on ,I take stuff to asking questions,first she move step back ,n second keeping telling me she not parents ,n keeping ask me see packet detail what it said!!!!!!she not even let me finish my question yet!!!!!!! really awful experience in big w!!!!!!she sell the product n don’t understand product it’s okay but she should ask someone know about the product!!! As a result of anunenterprising spirit and failure in her job!!!
