We are really happy to send my daughter to Heritage House Pennant Hills. Everything is according to policies and procedures. Every room's educators are very friendly with children and parents. The food also delicious and healthy and the chef is also friendly. Especially, my daughter's learning and motor skills have improved thanks to the dedication of the preschool educators. Joan and her team have been instrumental in helping my daughter reach the same level as her friends. As a mom, I'm so glad to send my daughter to Heritage House Pennant Hills. Highly recommend this place for all.

My son goes here, and loves it. Everyone is very kind and caring. Educators are stable and very rarely seen any change in staff, which in today's world is very commendable. Centre is very tidy and spacious for kids. Outdoor area and play equipments are well maintained.

Heritage House PennatHills has been excellent and has really helped my child improve. The preschool teachers, especially Jodie and Kalzana, have helped to develop my daughter’s vocabulary and learning skills. The dancing and sports activities have provided a great opportunity for her to learn extracurricular activities. For instance, when she attended a private dancing class, she performed very well on her first day, thanks to the practice she had from child care. The educators are really nice and are attentive to each child’s needs, and the management is also very good.

My daughter attends Heritage House and we have been surrounded by support as she transitions to the world of daycare. They understand how hard drop off can be and always do their best to ensure she is happy within the short period of me leaving.
I feel comfortable bringing up any concerns and trust the educators with her care and learning.
The director has always taken the time to have a chat or talk about anything when needed and shows the highest level of care for the kids, parents and the staff.

I am very pleased and grateful for the care that my son has received from heritage house pennant hills centre. Thank you Joan, Mahtab, Laura, Shalini and many other educators who have cared for my son at the centre. You made him feel welcomed and no different to a 2nd home. The program at the centre has been crafted to suit needs for my son's each development stage. The sports program is definitely a highlight of the week which gives my son opportunity to develop his gross motor skills and exposure to different kind of sports.

Both of our children started at Heritage House when they were 18 months old and they've always been surrounded by loving and supportive staff.
Our boys have learnt many skills thanks to the teachers, and we drop them off every day knowing they are in a safe and stimulating environment.
Our younger son is so excited to go to pre-school every day, we've had to start giving bye-bye cuddles before we enter the building, otherwise he just runs off to his friends and teachers.

This beautiful child care centre has helped raise my 2 children with love, care, patience and enthusiasm whilst I've had to work. It has an incredible team of loving educators; the meals are healthy and the outdoor shaded play area is HUGE. my kids have loved coming here and we've always been really happy with the outstanding service and constant communication with the parents.
