Amazing studio to continue my pilates training through

Simmone has been and continues to be an excellent mentor for polestar Pilates education and myself. She has an amazing understanding of the body and her no fuss practical approach to teaching makes learning approachable!
Whilst focusing on the detail she is able to provide students with accurate prompts, further variation and modification guides in a supportive manner.
I would highly recommend Simmone as a mentor in anyone’s learning experience and recognize her wealth of knowledge she is so willing to share

Both Simonne and Penny are gifted and kind instructors. The studio is fully equipped with wunda chairs, reformers, a trapeze table, spine correctors... scary names only if you haven't done a Pilates class in the past 😉 Mum and I both go. Shes nearing 80, Im 53 yrs we both receive excellent and appropriate workouts. I love this studio! Highly recommended!

Pilates 44 Studio has small groups with modern equipment. You are educated in how to move your body correctly and keep yourself balanced in both mind and body. Simmone has an excellent eye and can spot you activating the wrong muscle instantly which she quickly corrects . Excellent for the muscle memory. A very professional business with a qualified team. I highly recommend it.

It is hard to describe just how amazing my time with Simmone at Pilates 44 is. The studio is a beautiful space with lots of natural light. The equipment is high quality and instruction is outstanding. Simmone’s classes are creative and fresh while working toward mastering Pilates movement and breath work. I can walk in feeling foggy or anxious with a stress headache and after the session walk out feeling lighter, taller and headache free!! Bliss !
I look forward to my class every week, I wish I could go every day ! Although I’m not able to do that, I can still move through a session with the Pilates 44 online studio !
