Western Sydney Volleyball has taught me so much, from starting out as someone who couldn’t even hit the ball, to me now having open pathways into teams that represent NSW, I can proudly say that this is all thanks to Western Sydney Volleyball. With their programs and drills, they make sure to work on your weaknesses and make you a better player. The coaches are determined to teach me new things and the club is always giving us options to join tournaments whether it’s in some place like Canberra or Homebush. Would recommend joining!

I honestly tried to give this place a chance despite the reviews, but the reviews are all true (HOWEVER PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL.) and the only reason I went here was because it was the closest one near where I live. They aren’t even a real club (there not associated with VNSW). The training is practically the same each session. The price is ridiculous. Coaches are rude and expect us to respect them, I stopped playing games and Joe said to my mum “what’s the point in doing training if she’s not gonna play games, we aren’t here to babysit” yet I pay there so I can be there for not only to have fun but to also get some physical and social aspect of it. Coaches aren’t even coaches Joe and Brad are so focused on the Rep teams. They are really biased with who he picks. I’ve been on the intermediate team for at least 4 season and he’s moved people who have barely any experience into reps teams. My friends who moved up agreed that I’m pretty good to be in the reps team but was never moved up. When it comes to tournaments he put me in the wrong age division, if ur first or second place congratulations, if your third you practically mean nothing. I practically lost my live for volleyball, it legit kills your love for the sport. Despite all this I will say I made a lot of new friends and it benefited me in my social aspect. HOWEVER PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL.

Terrible they aren’t even a real club the training is very bad they charge so much money and expect you to learn on your own and aren’t skilled coaches either in fact I bet the coaches don’t even play. They are very uneceerily rude and aren’t real players

My son started 2 years ago with a sudden interest in volleyball, so we gave it ago. My son has developed even more love for the sport and you can see his skills developing every week. I love how everyone regardless of age is given an opportunity and treated well and fair. We have no intentions of leaving as my son is thriving not only in his skills but his all round confidence. I cannot recommend the club and coaches enough!

Our 13 girl joined Western Sydney Volleyball about 12 months ago.
She loves the game and the friendly welcoming atmosphere within the club, when she’s not playing volleyball she talking about it.
I think the coaches and organisers, (who are amazing) have been a big influence on her with their knowledge, devotion, patience and love for the game.
If your child is looking for a new sport I highly recommend contacting Western Sydney Volleyball
