Only negative things to say about Maple Community Services. Their neglect of both clients and support workers is glaringly evident. Clients receive inconsistent care and are often left without the essential support they need. Support workers are similarly mistreated, with inadequate training and poor management oversight. Communication is lacking, and concerns are routinely ignored. This organization falls short of providing the compassionate, reliable service that is so crucial in this sector. I would strongly advise seeking alternative options for community support services.

I don't have experience with Maple (yet!), I do have experience working with people with a disability as I have a daughter with autism who needs support, and I have had years of interacting with her supporters, and being her carer (along with her mother). I also am an academic who has experience in the area of support for students with learning difficulties. I am mature, compassionate, knowledgeable about the world of disability and very keen to be part of a committed support team.

Maple community services has got to have the best management in supporting there workers to continue and strive in the field. Senior team leader mohamed, makes sure all staff have continuous and repetitive hours. The account managers always push there employees to be the best at what they do and advise on constant changes in the company to stay up to date. Overall a wonderful experience dealing with management and clients!!

Maple Community Services have been amazing from my first contact with Shei, their Intake Officer.

Shei took the time to meet with me and my wife to understand what my needs are.

This information was then provided to my Support Coordinator, Renae who has also been proactive in addressing my needs and providing the appropriate support.

Indeed, it's has been a major contrast from 2 other NDIS service providers, that I used and then cancelled for poor performance.

As a client, Maple have kept me informed and rather than over promise things, they have delivered what they have committed to.

I certainly recommend Maple to support you in your journey towards independence
