We couldn't be happier with Exploring Hub! The educators are incredibly caring, attentive, and truly child-centric in their approach. Our son absolutely loves his time there, and it’s clear that he is thriving in a nurturing and stimulating environment. The staff go above and beyond to ensure each child feels safe, supported, and engaged in meaningful learning experiences.

The communication with parents is fantastic, and we always feel well-informed about our child's progress and daily activities. The centre is well-organised, clean, and full of enriching play-based learning opportunities. It’s reassuring to know that our child is in such a positive and professional environment every day.

Highly recommend this to any parent looking for a high-quality early learning experience!

I do not usually write reviews. My son started school in kindergarten. He was having diffculties with attention and we decided to delay a year (a false start). We placed him in a pre school who eventually did not want him to be there. It was a very stressful thing and we were getting to a point where we thought one of us would possibly quit our job to look after him. We started him at exploring hub expecting the trend to continue but to exploring hubs credit, they turned this around for us. The team was very accommodating, gave my son time and within weeks we noticed his behaviour improve. He is now ready to start school next year and has drastically matured, socialises well and respects his teachers. Jenny has been a gem and Mrs Kelly and Mrs Terri are his favourite teachers. The people really make this place. We have tried 3 childcares in total in Glenmore park and this was our favourite. Highly recommend this centre and thank you so much for your support this year.

The educators at Exploring Hub Glenmore Park are incredible. All of them have provided such amazing care to my son since he was 4 months old. I have always felt very safe leaving him in their care.

My son attended this centre for 1 week before the "director" thought it was a good idea to speak so negatively about my son infront of other mothers and parents about how he isn't listening. As if he's the only child that doesn't listen.
Lack of compassion lack of professional communication was very apparent at this point. No understanding given to help him settle in and build a relationship with him.
On week 2 there was an incident where he crawled under a table..when I spoke to the director about what happened she was defensive and condescending stating that they had done nothing wrong x 3.....I replied I just need to understand the situation and that her tone was condescending...to which the "director" replied "I will report that you think I am condescending"....i mean she is the director so I dont know who she was going to report me to LOL i think she did not even know what the word meant.
This was an absolute failure on her end in terms of professional communication as it was not there...I was left feeling regretful that I ever brought my son to that centre. After 1 month I moved him to another centre where he absolutely flourished. So to that horrible director who told me so many negative things about my son...so shameful.
The director just sees money 💰 as she didn't fail to tell me numerous times about all the other centres she owns.
So sad that centres like this exist.
If you are reading reviews on this centre please do not send your child here. This was the Glenmore Park Exploring Hub. Such a sad and disappointing experience.

There is a comfortable, home-like environment where children are encouraged to grow and develop individually. These people are so much polite and very intellectual. They have techniques to teach and make our toddlers learn the little things.
