Unprofessional and there is a lack of communication between staff. I offered to pay a week before the month was out and they told me not to and to organise it next time. We were sick and I opted to pay it next time I came in. I was called every day for a week about invoicing including an hour before I was to come in for a lesson asking me to pay them over the phone or we would not be allowed to swim. I also had to argue about getting a make up lesson because I cancelled that lesson and “no one was told about it” I did get an apology and was offered the make up class as there is no communication between reception staff or instructors. However, we never made it to the make up class due to being harassed regarding the invoicing. I understand they’re a business at the end of the day but I am also a customer and there are plenty of other places out there that have a much better system and curriculum. Not worth the headache.

Do not recommend. Disorganised, take your money but don't have any catch up lessons available including when they move you to put someone else in the class! Just bad luck apparently! The receptionist is incredibly rude just keeps reciting "the policy" regardless if they are at fault. Real shame how downhill this place has gone, been going here for 3 years but now moving elsewhere 🙁

Absolutely discusted is being nice, booked my 13yr old sons in for swimming lessons and they were placed in a group of 4-5 yr olds so that was great for their confidence then after the second week we got asked to change day and time as it didn't suit them anymore, then after a week on the new schedule I received another call wanting to swap day and time AGAIN which I rejected and the only time u hear from the rude obnoxious owner is when yr a day late on paying, this place has no interest in its clients and there needs, and are only chasing the $$$.

We come here every week. My 4 years old loves this place. Half an hour per lesson, in a group, cost you $15. Recommend.
