I attending the most recent (April) Women's Circle that Alana and Christy held and it was a truly wonderful experience. We did a lot of different activities, that were beautifully relaxing and delved deep into my own personal thoughts that is all part of learning and growth. We were given the opportunity to all share what had come up through journalling, card reading, meditation and sound bowls. I really enjoyed my evening with a very open, supportive group of women. I will definitely be returning to another circle.

I have been going to prenatal and yin yoga classes with Alana for the last few weeks. Very easy to follow flows and movements, and Alana’s voice is very relaxing. So lucky to have such a beautiful little yoga spot in branxton close to my home! Can’t wait for tonight’s prenatal class 🙂

I attend the gentle flow class most Sunday afternoons. It is always such a lovely inviting and relaxing class but flows enough to get your heart rate up. Suitable for all levels of experience. Highly recommend
