I would like to share my experience with Mini Masterminds WWP, which had been deeply disappointing. Firstly, the high teacher turnover rate was concerning. Communication with the centre had also been problematic. The major concern was the bullying by other children. Despite raising this issue, it seemed there was inadequate monitoring and response to these situations. A few incidents were deeply disturbing. This lack of effective oversight resulted in my child feeling unsafe and anxious.

Since moving my child to a new childcare centre, the improvement has been remarkable. My child is noticeably happier and more engaged, and the new centre does not face the issues we encountered previously.

My son was at MMM until Nov 2023 - posting a review now as I had been considering complaining formally to the DoE about the inadequacies at MMM, Wentworth Point.

Recently moved to this childcare from their Macquarie Park branch and happy to say care has been consistent across the board. My little one enjoys going to childcare and it gives me the peace of mind to go to work without worrying. The educators are so lovely and always greet me with a smile and update about my little ones day. Very impressed with the Mini Masterminds centres, if you are looking for a trustworthy day care look no further!

We've had an outstanding experience while both our children attended the centre and are sad to say goodbye. The dedicated staff has created a nurturing environment where our children have thrived. The teachers are professional and genuinely invested in each child's well-being. Clean facilities, various extra curricular for older class and a friendly atmosphere make it a top choice for any parent.

Ive had a short but sweet experience, we have had to switch centers due to location. My son is a very picky eater and they all worked as a team to help him be part of the meal times. As a first time mom all my concers and questions where adressed with patience and care. Decent daycare with a mellow atmosphere which i believe the children appreciate. All the best for the team 🙏

My daughter have a wonderful time at school, there's a passion for learning, in an enjoyable and friendly environment. The staff are engaging, clearly know and care about their students and inspire them every day.

The service has gone rapidly down hill since changing hands from Handprints to Mini Masterminds in April 2023. Most educators have left immediately and the centre is understaffed. Also, absolutely no communication from the new management and when trying to get any responses, they will just ignore you. Worst experience ever. We have recently changed centres and could not be happier. Now I am trying to get our $1000 bond back and the centre just ignores my requests, which is upsetting. I am writing a complaint to the Department of Education and to the local MP, as the families of Wentworth Point absolutely deserve better. Strongly recommend against sending your child there under the current management.

Would definitely NOT recommend anyone going here, the staff is not nice my child was neglected, whenever I asked staff about what my child did or ate they just looked at each others faces. Payment issues with them, affecting bond and getting double charged. The admin at front never bothered resolving my issue
