Warning! I had a disappointing experience with this English school. Not only did they charge me for textbooks that I never received, but the overall quality of the school was also below expectations. The teachers seemed unprepared, and the lessons lacked structure and engagement. Despite multiple follow-ups about the missing books, I received no clear updates, and customer service was unhelpful. For the price they charge, I expected a much higher standard. I would not recommend this school to anyone looking for a quality English education.

I strongly advise against placing trust in this institute! It's been over 3 months since they were supposed to pay issued invoices to staff, yet they have failed to do so. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via email, they remain unresponsive and have provided no concrete timeline for when the refund will be processed. It's so frustrating and disappointing.

WASTE OF TIME. Unresponsive of any kind of info regarding school courses and prices by email or phone. Went there to get more info and nobody knows what they are doing. If the teachers are like that I can't imagine how well you will do in exams.

Very bad experience. Went there to book an IELTS course and the receptionist was completely unaware on what’s going on… asked me my personal details telling me someone is gonna call me with all the information and after a week no one did.

El peor error que pude cometer fue hacer mi proceso con ellos, no me quisieron devolver el dinero que pagué hace meses por un curso que nunca me dejaron iniciar, segun ellos por el nivel de ingles y mi agente me dijo que era por mi asistencia, en fin, no se ponen de acuerdo con nada, la respuesta de ellos es que no me van hacer la devolución porque no fui apta para el curso, es injusto q tenga que pagar por un servicio que nunca me dieron, lastima porque algunos porfesores son muy bueno y amables pero el area administrativo y financiera es terrible, no hacen seguimiento, desinformación, para todo te hacen firmar compromisos pero nunca pasa nada. A ellos no les importa el esfuerzo que cada uno de nosotros hacemos para conseguir el dinero y poder estudiar, solo les importa recirbirlo.

Latinos que quiera aprender, este colegio no sirve, son malos sus instalaciones ni siquiera le hacen aseo a los baños, los profesores faltan y los cambian no avisan, sus métodos de evaluación no son del todo claro y no existe recepción en las tardes. Para que decir el material de trabajo nunca llega. Y uno paga por este material. Existe mal aislamiento entre una aula y otra, se escucha todo de la aula de al lado. Pasan dos meses y recién te entregan tu certificado.
Cuando cancelan clases mandan un correo una hora antes de empezar la clase.
No son serios y el de la city es peor no caen todos los alumnos en la misma aula.
