Great gym with a friendly, inclusive vibe, experienced and knowledgeable instructors, and a variety of classes.
Every level from beginner to pro is welcomed here with classes to suit all goals.
Equipment is available to borrow so you don’t have to buy all your own gear on the first day, like at some other gyms.
The instructors improved my technique and made me feel part of the gym while I was visiting.
Highly recommend for newbies wanting to try the sport for fun, fitness or potentially become a fighter one day.

My 9yr daughter has been going to Third Eye Muay Thai for a few weeks now and absolutely loves it. The instructor is amazing with kids and has so much energy and love for the sport, I found this was the best outlet for my daughter she loves the boxing and kicking which is great for self defence but also to use up that energy. Thank you Third Eye Muay Thai. Could not be happier.

I am new and have yet to meet everyone but Shae, Luke and Matt have been very attentive and helpful instructors. I'm really grateful I started. Only three weeks in and I'm already feeling the difference in my fitness, my self-confidence and my self-discipline. Thank you!

Sick atmosphere
Trainers are knowledgeable and helpful as hell
Doesn't just feel like a gym
Awesome pricing considering the workout you get plus the skills
You don't have to just go for one session a day and can stay for multiple classes (if you can keep up)

Good gym for those looking for authentic Muay Thai experience. If you really want to make the most of your time you have to be willing to put yourself out there and ask questions as there’s a much higher saturation in beginner classes. To make advanced you have to train 5 days. Would be good if there were alternate options such as mid day classes for people who want to progress but can’t always make the afternoon schedule. This is nitpicking though as I’m sure if they had the capacity they would run classes all day long!!!

Great gym! 👌
I’m new to Muay Thai and found this to be a great form of fitness and skill to have, and I’m yet to walk away from a class wishing I hadn’t gone.

The Instructors are very knowledgeable and welcoming to all levels; with classes to accommodate. This translates to a friendly learning environment and an atmosphere leaving it hard to feel anything but cheerful.
It will be hard work and the instructors will push you but I assume that’s what you’re looking for; you will love it.

Photo is accurate of their new gym and beginners class and is care of their socials.
