I have been going to Rely-Ability since February, 2021, it is a great service, I’d highly recommend for any NDIS clients who are into music, wanting to develop and gain skills, confidence, and knowledge with music, from recording, performing, singing, rapping, producing, playing or learning instruments, writing, engineering. They do visual art as well here too. Great staff, and pleasant work environment.

Michael after wasting our valuable time on the phone and onsite obtaining free advise on a problem device which was bought elsewhere , wanted to purchase an item that was urgent to him (data recovery). At point of purchase we told him that this part (for our technician) is for our emergency use and we'll have to order another one to replace immediately- he said he can purchase one for $19 on ebay- we told him kindly we cannot sell it for that amount- the cost plus freight we told him was $39 - he purchased the item than he decided to give a bad review. Upon dealing with Michael I have deduced three things. 1. He doesn't understand simple concepts 2. He doesn't know when someone is helping him for free - no appreciation 3. He is unreasonable in determining how things work in real world. he's happy to waste other people's time - I am afraid there will be a big gap between your expectation and the outcome.
