We find Kin exceptional for our 18 month old. The centre has lots of interesting and engaging programs and my daughter has thrived in the supportive and friendly environment. The educators in both the Nest and Explorer rooms have been SO fantastic and pivotal in making the transition to beginning daycare really stress free.

Spoken to a few staff, most of which have left and I want to say I am appalled with how certain people in power treat their staff at this place. Unable to list specifics at this time due to risking job security of others but saw 26 perfect 5 star reviews and thought I best at least draw your attention to this. Not saying that it’s a bad place to send your children, just putting this out there in the hope that they might tidy up their behaviours and comments to others, remembering we are all human

Our little one has just started in his 5th room at Kin. This was the third centre we attended and can not fault the team. All of the educators we have encountered have been exceptional. The director is next level and goes above and beyond to ensure the centre is running at exceeding in all areas. The receptionist is excellent, the other day she had heard I was missing something and went out of her way to find what I needed and put it aside to give me personally in the afternoon. The phone has never gone unanswered when I have called and calls are always answered professionally and in a friendly manner. The centre is always clean and is beautifully built. The playground is fantastic and the garden produce is often shared with the Kin community. Communication is constant and informative. Overall an exceptional centre.

We moved our little to Kin after a less than ideal start at another centre and we’re so glad that we did. The educators are excellent and have really taken the time to get to know our little. She loves ‘going to school’ at Kin to see her friends.

It’s a beautiful centre that is very well maintained. Kin’s policies are well written, clear and updated regularly which speaks to the professionalism of the management team.

Our experience at Kin has been absolutely positive, from the first point of contact and orientation, to the daily pick ups and drop offs, the service provided is impeccable. We are always greeted with friendly smiles from staff members, the children seem engaged, happy and well cared for with appropriate programs to support their needs. The food philosophy and quality is a highlight. Parents are kept informed and updated regularly with professional and respectful communication. We are extremely pleased with everything at Kin.

My daughter started at Kin ELC as soon as they opened in August 2020, she was aged 2 at the time.
The owners, director, office staff & educators are passionate about what they do & are nothing but a pleasure to deal with. I completely trust them with my daughter who is now aged 4 & in her final year at Kin. I can honestly say that she has loved every single day that she has attended & it's thanks to the wonderful environment at Kin.
She is thoroughly enjoying their preschool program & I feel Kin has played such an important role in helping prepare my daughter for the new changes ahead, transitioning to kindergarten next year. I'll be sad when she finishes up.
I am so glad though that I am in the process of enrolling my 10 month old son & am grateful that he will also benefit from the nurturing guidance that the amazing Kin Family gives.
I can't recommend Kin Early Learning Centre Queanbeyan highly enough.

New to the centre this year and have had such a welcoming and supportive start. Administration is very thorough, the educators are amazing and my family is having such a positive experience. I feel very comfortable. Highly recommended.
