Dylan came to move 2 electric beds from one room to another room in my house today. He was wonderful, very polite, friendly and helpful. Excellent service. Highly recommend Dylan, he is a great worker.

Went in today with our OT to get fitted to a recliner and wheelchair. Was assisted by Anton who was helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. Anton made suggestions that were great in terms of user experience of the equipment. Jess greeted us when we first went in. Jess was lovely and answered any questions, including best place for lunch. Definitely a full service business. We would recommend this service for mobility needs.

Dylan dropped off new wheelchair today. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. He clearly loves his job and we were impressed with his pleasant and professional manner.

Dylan must be an asset to ILS. He delivered the new recliner but went beyond expectations and removed the old chair. A task we were not relishing.
The chair is wonderful and is a welcome addition. It will make life easier.

Dylan came and delivered my wheelchair and showed me all the features that I had no idea about, he was very kind and helped fix my broken kitchen chair , great service and very caring young man. I'd love to deal with him again as he was very good at explaining everything I was unsure about, that's what old people need.

Tina was absolutely amazing and super helpful. Tina went to the effort of organising everything whilst I was in store, opposed to other ILS stores, where I was sent away with a number to call. Overall, Tina provided great customer service and was very willing to provide reviews and recommendations. I will be coming back to ILS Prospect, simply because Tina has made it such a welcoming and helpful place!
