I have done my PRL cert III in electrotechnology and it took my roughly 2 years to get my electrical licence, I first thought that it would be done in 6 months… all the evidence that trade and train are asking take lots of time. Other than that, I have dealt with Ryan and he’s the just best! He’s always here to help if you need to. He has followed up every single steps until I got my licence. I would definitely recommend him.

I completed my cert III in electro technology through TNT and it was a great experience, staff were always friendly and keen to help. Flexible with hours and chased information required to complete the RPL program. Could finish my course on my own time.

A big shoutout to Ryan from TNT who went above and beyond for me to get everything I needed for my studies.

If I could give negative stars I would. Worst company to deal with. Have been dealing with Annie and have received the worst customer service ever. Have made an official complaint and followed up 3-4 times and no one bothers responding. This course is not "complete on your own time", they give you a time frame then try to charge you $880 for every unit you don't complete in their stipulated timeframe, not to mention their timeframe is completely unrealistic for someone who works full time. Of course none of this is explained to you when you sign up. I'm now making a complaint through Fair Trading to try and get a response from these people and my deposit back so I can go elsewhere! You've been warned!

Please be aware of this RTO !!!!!

This is a SCAM ! Nobody is willing to assist you if you have a problem , I had to give up this course and enroll somewhere else.

I requested assistance for months without anybody contacting me back. Last time, I had to leave a fake contact so someone would contact me back, at the end of the call a guy swore to me that he was going to call me back to answer my question in a few days, but he never called me back ! Sooo frustrating and unprofessional and that was the second time .

If you think to enroll please contact their number and try to speak with someone for assistance. nobody will answer the phone ever . They have a call back service. If they call you back you will have to deal with very young lady that have no Idea about the topic and struggle to speak English plus sometime while they are speaking, you will have also deal with their just born kid screaming . Good luck
