I have two little ones under the age of three in KA Rivett. Having nappies and food provided is a relief and it’s heartwarming to have educators who really care about the kids and are just as excited about their milestones and the funny things they do. The centre has a diverse team (which is a big reason I like it) and the managers run the centre well.

My little one has attended KA Rivett for 3 yrs now. He has just moved to the preschool group. I have a great experience. Great atmosphere, clean, friendly team, never had a worry. Having food and nappies provided has been a bonus. All staff are approachable and happy to help when needed.

After moving into the region we had to make the difficult decision to also move daycare centres from somewhere we were really settled and happy with. I wasn’t sure how my son would go, being that little bit older and aware than when we first started in care, but the transition to Kids Academy has been fantastic. The whole team have leaned in to help my 2.5 year old feel so welcome and included in this community right from the start. We get great updates from the educators on his day, the facilities are in great condition and it’s clear our son is quickly bonding with his peers and educators alike. Highly recommend!

Our 3yo and 1yo have both attended Kids Academy since they were 5mo and have absolutely thrived. The staff are educated, diverse, approachable and professional. They have developed strong relationships with the children in their care, and ensuring the parents needs and requirements are also met. The curriculum is age appropriate and engaging for the children, with additional support where required. We feel so supported and relaxed when dropping the kids off knowing that their centre exceeds all of our needs and expectations. Highly recommend.

Kids Academy Rivett is a lovely centre with kind and caring staff. Our kids enjoy going each day and have formed beautiful relationships with the carers and other children. The director is approachable and has been responsive to any issues we've raised. I'm not a fan of the StoryPark app but the carer's make an effort to tell us how the kids' days have gone. When the kids have been upset at drop-off the carers have even contacted us during the day to let us know everything is ok.

Chelsea, Claire, Laura & the rest of the team at Kids Club Rivett have made what is a very scary time in our lives, our baby starting daycare, such an easy and pleasant experience. Their communication is second to none, I never have to wonder what is going on with my child because they are constantly providing us with updates, they respond quickly and with great detail every time i have a query, and most importantly they love my baby and she loves going to daycare! We could not be happier with our experience of Kids Club Rivett.

Kids Club have been absolutely wonderful for my son and I. Laura and the team in Rainforest 1, are so amazingly caring and I have not once been concerned about him (even when he initially wasn’t taking a bottle). I really can’t praise them enough! I also love that when I walk in the centre, no matter who I see, they always know who I am and who my son is. I love reading the thorough observations that are done on the children's daily activities as well. It has made my transition back to work so smooth!
