My son has been her since he was 4 months old he’s now moving on to big school this year and the growth and confidence these educators have bought to my son is incredible. They have been caring and comforting to him and he always comes home with great stories to tell. They are always welcoming and can help you with any questions you may have to make you feel at ease. All round amazing centre.

Staff are really friendly, positive and supportive, they make sure my children are looked after when they have a bad morning, my children have made really strong connections with all educators they were with last year and are now making even more connections this year! I have loved watching my now 3 year old come out of her shell and interact with her peers and educators and i have loved watching my 17 month crawl, walk and even talk with her educators. Thank you to all the staff and even to Sheryn and Elissa helping my girls transition into their care!

Since starting at the beginning of 2023 our experience has always been positive. The staff are very friendly and approachable. The educators have formed a wonderful bond with our daughter and each day she can’t wait to get to the centre, the smile on her face at the end of each day is so comforting. I highly recommend SELC to those looking for a daycare centre.

PLEASE READ!!! My son attended this centre for just under two years, in this time the staff turn over was atrocious and the staff that remain are miserable and don’t care. My son displayed behavioural issues whilst in care at sanctuary as he was bored and extremely under stimulated due to lack of learning, support and stimulating activities for the children and would have night terrors every night after attending for 3 months before leaving. After hearing other mothers horror stories from sanctuary I decided to pull him out and put him into another centre and all behavioural issues and night terrors vanished within a week. Once I gave the two weeks notice to the centre that he was leaving it was an immediate shift of how my son and myself were treated by staff and by the director. Upon my son’s last day (which was earlier than expected due to this) I dropped him off at 8am in trackies and his favourite toy storie underwear as he’d just started his toilet training journey. When collecting I was told by staff he was being very disruptive through out the day as he kept ripping all his clothes out of his bag and not listening to them when he was getting his clothes out. I thought this was weird and asked my son what had happened and he said “new clothes” and that he wanted to leave so once I got out to the car to put him in his seat the vile smell hit me. He had been left in a days worth of wees and poos in the same clothes I dropped him off in. I immediately took him straight back into the director who couldn’t give me a straight answer denying everything, refused to show me the toiletting record as one wasn’t recorded for that day apparently or let me speak with the educators as to how and why this had happened. After four days I finally heard back by email that he apparently was checked twice (why was a toilet training child only checked twice in 8 hours?) it’s insane and incredibly lucky that he didn’t get seriously sick. They kept my bond and charged me for that day of care so please DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE ITS NOT SAFE OR A HEALTHY ENVORNMENT FOR YOUR BABIES!!!

I am very happy with Sanctuary Early Learning Centre. Sheryn & Kristy have been nothing but professional & very friendly.

There is generally always someone there at the front desk to greet you upon entering the centre.

Very clean & modern looking day care centre. Using the latest in centre to parent communication via the Xplor app on your phone.

The organisations of the school is horrendous. At first I thought the daycare was well attained until recently the daycare and I got into an argument over my daughter’s daycare photos. The reason the issue had even begun was due to the lack of organisation the Pre school held. The school organized photos to be taken of the kids that attend the daycare. I paid $40 for my child’s photos to be taken only to find out that my daughters photos are missing and instead of assisting or trying to find a solution, with such a rude manner they started coming up with the idea I was lying as an excuse to take the responsibility of my child’s lost photos off of them and put the blame on me. The reason I find this school so utterly irresponsible, unorganized and greedy is that no one was notified directly that the photos were out and ready to be taken home, the photos were placed on a bench where anyone could have mistakenly grabbed it as they were taking their child’s and lastly there was no document to preview and verify who took their photos home and who hasn’t and because of their lack of organisation, my daughters photos are still missing, they won’t refund, and insist that I’m lying and have taken them home with no proof what so ever. The staff that I talked to more than 3 times were completely rude and didn’t try to assist me at all which is why I have now dropped my daughter out due to such irresponsiblity and unorganisation.

My daughter has been going to this centre since she was 6months old and is now almost 2, the educators are all amazing and my daughter loves it, she runs to the door to get there and always happy to go to them, they do so many arts and activities and I love getting the updates, could not be happier with them and will always recommend them.
