My whole experience from booking, to follow up before the appointment, to the actual appointment was all very positive and professional. This calmed my anxiety I am experiencing about everything when it comes to being a parent and what I need to do to be the best mum I can be.

The actual visit was very positive, I left it feeling really informed and like I have the tools to achieve parenting on my own which is the major cause of my stress. I have now tried some of these skills in the afternoon on my own to see that I didn't just fluke getting him to bed or reading the signs and it worked! Just waiting for his afternoon unsettledness now to try them when his being even more difficult but I am feeling confident!

They completely failed us. We reached out for help with our new baby who wouldn’t sleep for more than 15 minutes and despite doctors referral, the wouldn’t even give us the time to see us. Absolute disgrace. They failed us as parents and even worse, they have failed our 8 week old daughter.
