Nicely presented Vinnie's store. The staff are lovely and the selection is vast; clothes, shoes, toys, furniture, books, dvds, bric a bracket and more. The parking is ample and it has eftpos facilities.

Pricing is ridiculous. Come on guys!!! You are a charity!!! I thought Op Shops stood for Opportunity. This is no longer the case. They are there to rip you blind. I will attach some pics of some books in the window priced at $10 cos they are vintage. And the clothing is now in colours and not sizes. Big mistake. You will lose business that way.

This Vinnies has become completely oblivious to what the whole premise of an op shop is, the op is supposed to be short for opportunity, which this place completely lacks. You have to be in the top 1% income bracket to buy anything of decent quality that isn’t shein. Terrible quality ‘Katie’s’ Jackets for $25, coats for $100, I won’t bore you with the details. It would be quicker to tell you what I saw for under $12 here, which was nothing.
Your staff members have a terrible energy and act like the store is doing gods work by robbing people blind as if it is a high end boutique.
Bring the opportunity back to op shops and volunteers that understand what charity is about

Overpriced and some of the older staff are very passive aggressive. If you ask any questions they just bark responses back at you and make you feel horrible. One older women in particular has no customer service skills, I found a pair of shoes they'd priced that were actually two left shoes same design one a size 7 and the other a size 8... I thought I'd do the right thing and bring them to the counter as nobody would buy them obviously they were useless! She made me feel like I'd seriously inconvenienced her and she also had her nose hanging out of her mask the whole time! What's the point of wearing a mask if you don't wear it properly and with her whole attitude she's better off staying home than volunteering... I've been in there numerous times and she's always in such a negative mood! Complaining about being there so loudly customers can hear! Come on Vinnie's you can do better than her 😔

WOW!! This would have to be the very best Vinnies store I have ever been in 🙂 Clean, friendly, great stuff...no smells. I could spend a hour in this store. They do not sell yuckie second hand stuff. I love it big time. As for the prices, you get what you pay for and the experience is well worth it.

One of the best Op Shops I've ever visited. Clean, organised and lots of variety of quality items. It also tends to be rather expensive on certain items, but in saying that I've also found lots of bargains too. Well worth a look.
