Great tennis academy for elite players wanting to take tennis a step further than the average player. Also great for beginners and mature players wanting to improve their game. Great new facilities and close to transport and shops so you can drop the kids and do the groceries before you pick them up!

I have been a regular here for couple of years, however, I recently booked myself in for Wednesday 7pm adult clinics (10 week term) starting today and I get a call 5 hours before the first session that their 7pm sessions are completely booked out for the remainder of the term, which means I either come in for the 8pm sessions for the remainder of the term (which doesn’t work for me) or I just do this one off 7pm session and then not come in at all for the rest of the term!

Very rude and unprofessional! Why did they not get in touch with me before accepting enrolments from others? And if they already knew this then why did they not tell me when I was making the booking for the first session?

If they need people to commit for the whole term then they should have informed me accordingly. Being a tennis enthusiast, I might just have gone ahead and enrolled for the whole term instead of booking only the first session to get a feel of things (which, by the way, was suggested by KWTA folks!)

Been playing here for 7 months and never had any problems.
However, made a 1hr booking and turned up the court was taken. They double booked us and no one informed us except the guy who was there already set up. Staff told us to use the hard courts but we didn't have access. Had to call them again to open up for us.
Very disappointed for an online booking system that allows double bookings or staff don't double check the bookings. Not a single word of apology from the staff or any consideration to wasting our time. Asked for an extra booking or refund all they said was 'we will extend your boking by 10mins'. Unprofessional & disappointing.

Very good teachers that taught me to play tennis like a professional in just about half a year. My son went there too and got ice blocks there all the time for free! this has been very amusing.
