My son is absolutely thriving since he’s been a participant with What Ability. His confidence has skyrocketed and he’s started to create social connections outside of our family. These things aren’t always easy for a person living with a disability, but with the fantastic one-on-one support What Ability provide, and the amazing activities they curate, he really is living his best life.

Today I witnessed about 6-8 support workers from What Ability creating beautiful memories with their clients at Central Coast Aqua Park. Their interactions were that of peers but their care was clearly, yet subtly individualised to each clients needs. As a mum of a son starting to utilises services like this, it was a joy to witness. So often I see support workers out, distracted or scrolling on their phones but this was noticeably a fully interactive and fun experience for everyone involved. Well done to your team, I will be remembering this business!

If you need amazing people looking after your disabled child, this is the place to go. They get out into the community and let your child experience all of the activities that a normal child experiences. Use them for after school activities, weekend respite or school holiday programs. Gives you time to take stock and reenergize.

We have been with What Ability since it first started and seen it grow from one dedicated support worker to a whole team!
They have taught my daughter life skills, helped her develop friendships and helped her to engage in activities with peers such as accessing beaches, community pools, restaurants, fun parks, flip out, jet skiing, the easter show and camps to name but a few!
They have provided us with phenomenal support for both our daughter and our family, when we have needed help with hospital visits and emergency care. We are very grateful to have the support of this amazing company. ❤️🧡💛💚💙
