Ann and Amanda need to be replaced, rude and abusive phone manner, always "in meetings" when I call, never return messages. I would like a response from the Chairman of the management committee.

I thought I would overlook the terrible reviews online and contact them about their Christmas Market.

First the phone went to message bank, I left a message. The next time I called, I got Amanda on the phone, who was very rude, saying that Ann was not available and was "too busy" to take my call.

I asked for a call back, she just laughed and told me "that's not going to happen".

At 330, I missed a call from the centre, -no message left- I called back immediately and found that Ann had just left, even though her work hours are until 430.

At 445, I get a call from a private number, from someone abusing me for contacting the centre. She said she was Ann, and her speech was slurred.

I have asked for the Chairman to contact me, but I'm not confident this will happen. If you decide to have anything to do with this place, I suggest you do it in writing, and/ or through the Management Committee.

The community nurse at the centre is lovely, every time we had to visit the centre the stuff have been warm and inviting and I heard such good things about the programs they run.
