I love this golf course. Undulating greens, very challenging and no holes were you go over water. Great weekly specials for 18 holes, and a nice clubhouse. Oh and they let you demo clubs

Not a long course, but quite hilly if you are walking. The small sloping greens make up for the lack of distance as it's very difficult to stop the ball with your approach shots. Generally, the course was in good condition (March '24).
Clubhouse, at first floor level, is a bit tired but larger than it looks. Nice views. Food is simple but well cooked and plenty of it.

The golf course was very lovely and well kept. A very fun and challenging golf course at the same time. I was however disappointed with the reception I received at the Pro shop when starting my day. The staff member from my time entering the reflected an attitude as though I was a burden. He barely acknowledged my existence, however I put this behind me and proceeded to pay for our game which included a cart. When given my cart, he walked outside, set something up whilst I was in the shop and came back inside and said that the cart was next to a hedge. Problem was when I went outside, I had another 4 carts parked next to the hedge with an older man jumping in between two of the carts next to the hedge. I asked the gentleman which cart was his, and he said that he was swapping to the other one as his cart was playing up. I then went inside and asked the man at the pro shop which was mine and he then raised his tone at me and said it was the one near the hedges without even hearing me out. This is when I asked politely once again that he should come outside and see what I mean. Once outside I told him what had happened and he still acted as though as I had burdened him once more. I asked him if it was normal protocol for others to come and pick and choose their carts(whether they are assigned or not) and finally he said that they were not. Apart from this unpleasant interaction (which I hope is not because of my different ethnicity), the course was excellent and a fun course to play.

Great course…regular open competitions.. …good priced food in club house…you can walk the course with ease.. ( a few ups and downs ) they hire out carts and buggies ( some buggies are electric remote control ) if you have your own golf cart no problem…. Plenty of space in car park area for trailers ..it is the best priced course…. Everyone is very friendly…. Call in and give it go…and don’t forget to ask about membership joining fees… again the best anywhere
