I was pleasantly surprised entering the store, it was clean neat and tidy. I came into a worker/representative in the fruit and vegetable section on the store, her name was Ella. She was polite, friendly and most of all helpful. I wish there were more Ella's within the world, my experience was wonderful, enough for me to write a review!

Clean store with a nice layout, plenty of parking out the front. Only came in for a couple of items while I was going past but I would come here again. Also has a return and earn machine right next to it

We had the rudest chick at self serve 30/08/2024 blonde girl obviously very much lacking in customer service skills. Needs to be retrained. Asked for her to put something through as bulk and she said in the rudest tone "oh how many" obviously can't count or do maths cause it isn't that hard to count boxes of 6. So maybe send her back to school to learn some maths.
Then stopped to have a chat with a friend well out of the way and she comes over and again in the rudest tone say "are you still buying " like sorry you weren't even busy you were standing there doing nothing 😂😂
Definitely needs to be retrained and taught simple maths like how to count 🤭

For a bigger newer style Woolworths the selection is a little more limited than other local Woolworths supermarkets. They are currently upgrading the outside area and the carpark is great since upgrading the exit which used to catch out unsuspecting drivers getting caught on the entry island. One day I saw an elderly lady get stuck in her Hyundai Getz fully beached it.
