My husband and I went to the Feb 2025 Kaia birth class.
We can’t stop telling everyone about how amazing Sheraden & the Kaia birth course was. My
Husband was reluctant to go, feeling that it “can’t be that hard to look up what we need to know” and boy was he wrong. He can’t believe just how ignorant he was and the many things we had no idea about & how much he has learnt from that weekend.
Sheraden provides you with the knowledge to feel empowered & informed in your labour & birth as well as your pre & postpartum journey.
The main thing we both loved was that she laid out all the information & options both medical & holistic and explained the pros and cons of every option leaving you in charge of choosing what you feel is best for you and your family.
Sheraden teaches the information is such an easy & digestible way that it made the sessions fun & enjoyable.
I can’t stress enough how grateful we are to have attended Kaia Birth.

My husband and I went to a Kaia Birth class after a recommendation from our midwife during the pregnancy of our first baby.

Prior to joining a birth class, I thought I had enough knowledge about labour and postpartum. Boy, was I wrong!

I am so thankful we went and spend 2 days with Sheraden, she is amazing and so knowledgeable!

I am feeling so much more confident about giving birth with the tools to be about to manage the pain, understand what is happening to my body during the different stages of labour and then being able to care for myself and my baby in the early few weeks after.

Also thankful that my husband will be able to understand and make decisions for me when I am completely in my birth zone!

Looking forward to the last few months of prep leading into meeting our baby girl, labour doesn't seem as frightening anymore. Thank you Sheraden

This class is what any expectant mother should participate in.
Sheraden’s Care, Knowledge and Presence during and after these classes is what makes it so special.
After my first pregnancy and doing the hospitals antenatal class - I knew I wanted something more in depth and less focused on external pain relief for my 2nd delivery - and Kaia Birth was exactly that.
Doing the meditations and affirmations daily - by the time it came to delivery they were etched into my brain on autopilot for when the ‘surges’ started, my Husband also knew exactly what to do to help me when I couldn’t verbalise what I needed.
Thank you Sheraden for holding space for women (and their partners) to feel empowered, informed and some what prepared for what’s to come when it comes time to birth our babies.
