My experience with My Guardian has been excellent. The services provided are top-notch, and the staff in the office are knowledgeable and efficient. A huge shout and recognition to the lovely Lorraine. She is incredibly sincere and warm towards her clients needs and is always willing to help, going above and beyond. This has been evident multiple times with respect to my fathers care and essential requirements. Couldn't ask for a better dedicated Clinical Care Coordinator and company. Highly recommended.

I have been with my guardian for about a month , management and communication skills are useless ,,,, I am not happy with their service,,, either way they have great support workers one of the workers is named Ibrahim Yaghi really compassionate and caring worker I highly recommend this male worker.

My grandparents have been clients of My Guardian for over 5 years. My Guardian has been so supportive and caring of my grandparents needs. My Guardian assisted my mum with the daily care of my grandparents, by providing the most competent carers (Jessica and Christine) who have become like family, always went above and beyond and worked out my grandparents ways! I cannot recommend My Guardian enough ! We’ve had an amazing experience.

My Guardian has been for many years extremely competent looking after my 98 y.o mother. Mum has many serious health issues, is on 34 tablets daily and a pacemaker. Mum benefits from the family like ethos of my guardians employees as her needs are complex. As her son and carer I have a lot to do my guardian with mums needs to keep her activities of daily living as optimal as possible. The my guardian staff including the registered nurse Angela Joyce our service provider the people in accounts and most importantly the beautiful owners have been there for all of mums complex needs with empathy and genuine care. I have recommended my guardian as an aged care service provider to many of my friends and family. They're brilliant.
