The Bankstown Youth Development Service BYDS is a community arts based cultural development organisation located at the Bankstown Arts Centre. It has for the last twenty years instigated innovative arts and cultural projects including hosting the amazing and inspiring poets and artists from the Bankstown Poetry Slam. This place does amazing projects and there are many people out there who owe a lot to BYDS!
