Dan, Diego and Sienna have recently trained our staff in facilitating the My Strengths program at our school. My school recently took part in this program. Kids are still talking about it the following week, and I've been thinking about my colleagues and my own strengths.

Did the facilitator training which I felt was a nice deep dive into program. Covered the reasons, and evidence base behind it really well. Maybe that's just my positivity strength but thought it was great !

I am not sure where to begin, this team/program is exceptional.
