I've been training with GKR for 17 years, and I absolutely credit my karate journey with playing a huge role in my physical and emotional development throughout my childhood and into my adulthood. GKR Karate Albion Park Rail is just awesome 👌. My kids love it and has really boosted their confidence in many ways. Not only are my children learning self defence but also a range of important values in life like Listening Skills and Focus, Discipline, and Obedience.
