We love Myswim Basshill and all the teachers … my son has moved classes a lot due to our busy schedule and each teacher we get is just as good if not better.
In just over one year my 6 year old has become a confident swimmer with many amazing techniques under his belt.
All teachers are knowledgeable and have unique styles of teaching.
We are currently in Lauren’s class and my son’s new favourite teacher.

I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism demonstrated by the (my swim) manager Cathy. It is disheartening to witness their unshameful disregard for resolving issues and their sole focus on money. It is obvious that they are more concerned with avoiding confrontation than addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience for their clients. The way they handle disputes by hiding and removing individuals from the program is unprofessional and disrespectful.

It is disappointing to see someone in a position of authority neglect their responsibilities to the well-being and safety of their swimmers. I highly recommend taking your kids elsewhere where they will be looked after and valued as individuals, not just as sources of revenue.

This behavior is not in line with the values of a reputable organisation, It is important for businesses to prioritize customer service and act with integrity, which the (my swim) manager Cathy has failed to do.

I urge others to go elsewhere or be cautious when dealing with this individual.

MySwim is an excellent swimming centre, with professional, caring and experienced swim teachers. My daughter has been going there for quite a while, and she looks forward to the classes every week!

The facilities are maintained to a very high standard, and is operating during the coronavirus issues with even higher attention to cleanliness for everyone's safety.

Prices are reasonable, and it's very good value for the classes you get, as well as being able to make up missed classes during a term.

Regular emails and a customer portal make it very easy to stay up to date, book classes and pay fees if needed.

Easily the best swim school around and highly recommended!

I have to admit, Cathy employs the best staff members, she knows how to pick them lol. The way we get treated, makes me want to come back and recommend. Quynh & Grace are so amazing, they do their utmost to make sure children are safe and everyone are following the rules in order for myswim to run smoothly. Quynh your positive attitude and smile what parents want to see, thank you Quynh. My daughter was not a confident swimmer until she met Angie, God bless Angie, my daughter now looks forward to her swimming classes and nags me all week asking me when her swimming class is next. Thank you myswim team you are all amazing 👏🏻

I wished we had known last year this swim school existed. My 2 year old was a little temperamental initially but by his 4th swim lesson he adapted so well. Today it was so nice to see him have fun, laughing and giggling with his teacher. His Teacher Maureen is amazing. We wished she could come with us to Florida to continue to teach him. The owner Cathy has nothing but been so supportive in helping our boisterous 2 year adapt to learning to swim. He loves the water but trying to teach him to swim is very different to playing in the water. His not the best in taking directions as most 2 year old are - he want to do his own thing. Cathy helped and step in when our son refused to go back in the water. My parents live up the road and we visit them yearly from United States. We are always looking for activities for my son as we usually are here for 2 months. Now we have discovered MySwim we will make sure to schedule classes during our visit 😍

Great place to take your children to learn to swim, friendly, skilled teachers and staff. My son has gone through all levels with my swim snd i am very happy with his abilities after his lessons . Well prepared to join squads after completing his last level.
