She was diligent in ensuring I found exactly what I was looking for, even going the extra mile to check stock availability and provide alternative options. I bought a color photocopier from this shop. When I opened it at home, the number inside the box was different from the number on the box. I had to change it. They didn't change it. They should have found out where this mistake came from before they treated me badly. But they told me they couldn't do anything about it. It was a very bad treatment. I bought a photocopier from this shop a few months ago.

I recently visited to purchase a Surface Pro, and I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Luan. From the moment I approached Luan, his professionalism and product knowledge were evident. He patiently answered all my questions, walked me through the device’s features, and even offered tips on getting a keyboard with it.

What stood out the most was his willingness to help and ensure I found the right product for my needs without feeling rushed or pressured.

I found the product at a store at your villa wood store after looking online and going to your store at Carlton only to find out that the product was not available after looking online for it.Unfortunately I wasn’t able to contact someone at that store to find out if they had the product in stock . It would have been good to be able to talk to an actual person on the phone.

Walked into office works Guildford today. Wanted to print 200 copies of tickets. I was being served by Pranesh. His such a humble and helpful person. His customer service and willingness to help is truly amazing. Thank you Pranesh for your service.

Had a staff member named Linh who came off as very unprofessional, uncaring and had no effort in customer service.

I brought in a stack of custom printed, sealed and cut flipcharts to be binded at the counter. Linh looked at the stack and began to attempt to discourage me from attempting to print at the store, claiming that it would take too long to bind together because of the amount of customers. (There was no line)

I insisted she binded them together, frankly also telling her to bind the flipcharts from the top, like all normal flipcharts.

After waiting for about 15 minutes, she brought me back a stack of my flipcharts that have been completely ruined as they were binded on the wrong side. She also binded them so poorly that some of the pages would just rip off while gently turning them over.

She attempted to gaslight me into saying that I said "yes" to binding it on the left, when I clearly stated that its a flipchart, and that it needs to be from the top.

She proceeded to refund me 1 out of the 7 flipcharts due to her poor efforts into binding one of them that was beyond usability. I was angry and upset how unkeen and arrogant she was in dealing with this simple task.

I spent 4 days custom printing these flipcharts and painstakingly cutting them page by page, each flipchart being 30 pages total. And in a span of just 15 minutes, my efforts have been ruined by an employee who shows no respect, no care or kindness towards the work she does.

I refuse to do any of my services at this Officeworks again. Linh has disappointed me and how other staff members saw this as acceptable work.

I recently purchased a product from Office works Guildford branch. After using the charger on only two occasions, I have encountered several issues that were not disclosed in the product’s description.

When charging multiple devices simultaneously, I have noticed that the devices become warm and stop charging once they reach a certain battery percentage. Charging only resumes once the devices cool down, which is inconvenient. Additionally, the charger itself becomes noticeably warm to the touch, particularly with the recent heatwave in Sydney and higher room temperatures. This raises concerns about the safety of the product, especially as I have a young child at home.

As a long-time Anker customer, I also own an Anker power bank, which does not exhibit similar heating issues when charging multiple devices. I spoke with Mr. Purdy, who explained that the warmer temperatures are expected due to the current heatwave, but I remain concerned about the overall safety and performance of the charger in these conditions. The response from the manger is unprofessional in this regard.

I visited the Officeworks Guildford branch and spoke with the store manager, Mr. Purdy. He explained that this heating issue is considered normal when charging multiple devices simultaneously. However, this issue was not specified before purchasing, where no warnings or concerns about potential overheating during use are provided. This lack of information and Anker brand led me to purchase the device under the assumption that it would perform without such issues.

Mr. Purdy also informed me that a refund could not be processed until Anker had communicated with Officeworks' head office and received further instructions. I subsequently contacted Anker's customer service team, but they informed me that they cannot assist in this matter and are unable to intervene in Officeworks' refund policy.

I feel misled by Office works and now find myself dissatisfied with the product. I have also reached out to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) to inform them of this issue and am awaiting their response. Based on the provisions of Australian Consumer Law, I believe I am entitled to a full refund as the product does not meet the reasonable consumer expectations for quality and performance.

I have purchased products from other well known shops in Australia even if the box is opened and we are unsatisfied they did offered me a refund.

As consumers we are liable under Australian Consumer Law to request a refund. The product costs me around $300. Please be mindful when purchasing a product from Office Works, If your not satisfied with the product, they would never help you in any sort of way.

I contacted the Office Works consumer help support regarding this matter but they have mentioned since the product is purchased from In store I have to go and sort this out with them.
