It was lovely, meeting with Courtney and other mothers to receive support and comraderie for the joys and struggles of postpartum.
Courtney is kind, compassionate and thoughtful and she provides important guided questions while also leaving space for the group to discuss what they need. She facilitates conversion well and ensures everyone has a chance to be heard and validated.
The snacks and tea were delicious, and the foot soaks and head massage were a lovely treat.
