Ok this gym has two floors of machines, free weights ,classes even a cool down massage room on the way. Oh yeah and did I mention the boxing room. Large open air workout areas , Friendly helpful staff who don't hassle you . Taylored workout sessions for the newcomers . All shapes and sizes here in First Class Fitness Umina Beach . Easy to find right behind Umina Bowling Club. Plenty of parking with disabled parking at the door. Seriously if your keen to get your body stronger,leaner or just want an easy place to exercise Umina First Class Fitness is the one . Check them out on facebook for a special sign up offer shh.
10/10 all day long.

Was communicated a late payment fee would be refunded due to reaching out to them immediately to rectify -- never happened. Also asked for an invoice / breakdown of costs and this never happened. Followed up a few times on email but have given up so posting here for transparency. Gym is good but usual gym business model shenanigans..

A supportive environment that allows beginners and those less confident to feel safe and seen. A shout out to Suz who has been such a huge encouragement for my partner and I as we ease ourselves back into our fitness routine.

Highly recommend this gym for locals and visitors alike.

FCF has been not only a great gym but a great family to be apart of. I’ve been a member of many gyms in the past, but never have truly succeeded in my fitness journey until joining FCF. Huge shout out to Dylan who not only helped me through my pregnancy with safe exercise but also my post pregnancy weight loss and strength journey. Dylan and Sue are amazing trainers, pushing you to be the best you can be even at 6am! Huge range of classes, equipment and recovery zone available. Highly recommend the team at FCF!

What a find! We’re lucky to have such an outstanding local gym. A clean, light-filled space with excellent equipment + facilities and a great selection of classes. The team are super friendly and knowledgeable, and they create a positive & fun atmosphere to train in ♥️

I love this gym! I started with the 12 week challenge and have now become a regular member. Great facilities, friendly staff and a real ‘everyone is welcome’ environment. Joining FCF has been a great choice!!

A great little gym! Never that crowded, always clean, a good vibe and lots of equipment to choose from. Also have 8-9 bags including heavy bags for boxing.
