Starting a martial art in a gym where you don’t know anyone can be a bit intimidating, but coach Adrian and the rest of the crew made me feel like home from the very first day. Everyone is willing to teach you new things and help you through the journey. Adrian is just an outstanding person and the gym is just the best in Tweed Heads.

I have been training at PUMMA Tweed for 7 years. Adrian and the coaching team at PUMMA are great. High level, yet incredibly inclusive coaching. The community and team at the gym is second to none. Adrian’s deep knowledge of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Grappling is top level. There’s a reason the gym is Tweed’s longest standing Jiu Jitsu school. I can’t recommend PUMMA high enough.

I was looking to introduce more focus and discipline into my 7year old son's week, was looking for an appropriate martial art and I was super lucky stumbling across PUMMA in South Tweed!
Owner/trainer Adrian is passionate about his craft and amongst regular training, runs the young "Mountain Lions" -MMA lessons for kids. Great, friendly, fun environment improving kids lives through gaining confidence, skills and focus. Highly recommend!
