This is the best first aid course I’ve ever done. The staff are so well informed and helpful. Michelle at the front was really caring and friendly and Greg simplified everything he taught to make First Aid much less intimidating than it needs to be. A really really good course.

I love the way the training is set up, you spend a few hours before your class time watching training videos in your own time to prepare for your in person practical. The training in office is 2 hours which is perfect for life balance, and they teach you things that are useful and relevant. I particularly liked the snake bite techniques refresher as this relevant in our region. I also loved they offered additional information and tips to me personally after class. They have a wide range of first aid items to purchase.

Amazing course, Greg and Michelle are the most phenomenal humans, kind caring and hilarious , content was delivered in a very easy to understand way, making a scary thought of being a first responder and the responsibility of it more approachable and making me feel very confident I could help others in the community if needed. I am always a bit nervous when it comes to exams and assessments but Greg made the whole process so comfortable. It was great to not just be told what to do but why you should or shouldn’t do it. Instead of just having to remember something you gain an understanding. I would highly recommend them for CPR and First Aid.
