I went there to start preschool In 2010, but on the last day of it, my preschool teacher excluded me for the graduation, so my mum got really angry at the teacher, it was a bummer that I haven't even joined in, damn it.

We moved our daughter from another childcare centre to Goodstart Tumbi Umbi just before she was 2 years. She's now 4 and it was the best decision for her care.

The staff are always so welcoming and approachable. The rooms are set up with lots of various activities to cater for the interests of all the children. The outside space is HUGE and full of so many different spaces, equipment and activities. There is always plenty of staff for the number of children in each space and they are constantly engaged with the children in their activities.

The educators also go out of their way to personally bring interesting things in from home or share experiences from their lives - whether it's bringing in a new type of food, arranging for their animal to visit or sharing experiences from their weekend or latest holiday. Aside from learning from new experiences, I think this also helps the children connect with the educators and encourages them to share their lives from home.

We receive daily updates on what the children have been up to via Storypark. We also plan with the educators about what is important to us - goals for our child, our family values, any special interests we would like to share, etc. We receive regular updates on these goals, plans for how we're going to work towards each goal and make adjustments together to ensure we're always aligned.

At the end of the day I can see how much my child has developed and how happy she has been the last 2 years since starting at Goodstart Tumbi Umbi. Highly recommend - thank you to all the fantastic educators for all you do!

If you’re thinking about sending your kids to Goodstart tumbi I highly recommend them! Every single teacher and staff member are so attentive and kind. My kids LOVED going to school. They felt safe and loved.

The communication is amazing. Kids loved the food.

Such a great daycare, the teachers are enthusiastic and motivated to give the kids the best experience possible. Management are proactive with the technology available to the classrooms and the centre itself is clean and homely (not sterile) and always smells great! I can't redolent this place highly enough.

So my son went to daycare Monday got home that afternoon is now sick . Woke up at 12.55 am Thursday showing signs of the cold - very hot to stuff cough and a runny nose . They allow sick kids but as soon as my son is sick its can you come pick up braxton his sick but they won't tell other parents not to sent their kids when there sick .

The staff are lovely dont get me wrong but they allow sick kids come to daycare. Wish they would stop allowing sick kids at the centre.

Awesome place my son has been going here for 1 and a half years now the previous one he never spoke to anyone the whole day stubborn. He started off that way here but with the persistence of the staff he now is talking to everyone and making friends. The staff are amazing always willing to tell you how your childs day has been as well as daily post on storypark. My son is a fussy eater and they always make sure he gets something to eat weather it be make different food.
The rooms are full of different activites and clean. The staff even bring there own things in to use and show the children pop corn machines sprinkler balls on hot days etc

I havent looked back moving him here and he is gaining more and more from the help of the staff. Would totally recommend this pre school

My son has been going there since he was 1, full time hours, sense of relief leaving him there with the amazing staff, treat the kids with such kindness.
Also the effect put in by the kitchen to meet all children's dietary/allergies requirements.

They have a few good teachers. But after being told teachers dont rotate much this is false. If child is hurt and has a cut or bruise there is no written incident report and they ask what happened and sorry. After 6mnths my child would still cry and not want to go to school. After changing my daughter is happy and now asks to stay longer at her new school and has blossemed alot. I would not send a child here
