UPDATE: As the new school year begins and our journey at Generali has come to an end, I would like to thank Kris for the amazing environment and framework she has created and instills each and every day as well as all of the teachers and staff for truly going above and beyond. What they do here is truly fantastic and I am so happy fate brought us here. While I might have some Kindergartner jitters, I know that my son is more than ready thanks to the teachers and staff who have prepared him over these past three years

So, THANK YOU!!! You all will be missed!

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I was shocked to see such a low rating when I searched the school to get the address. My son has been attending for over a year now and everyone there is truly the best. Not only from my personal experience but from things I hear from others who have attended or currently attend. The teachers and staff, many of whom have been there for years, are great and really caring. The curriculum is amazing. Do you pay a little more? Yes. But, you get what you pay for and my son's well-being and future is not something I will skimp on if I don't have to.

My son has been attending Generali for almost a year now. It has been absolutely amazing for his development, and socialization (given most of his life has been during COVID).
My son has ASD, and the school has been amazing about coordinating with his therapists and B-3 providers.
My son has been in the same classroom, so I can't speak to all the teachers at the school, but he loves his teachers, especially Mrs. Terri.

All the staff seems to genuinely care that the children are doing well, and has been excellent at keeping us updated on how he is doing at school.

Hands down an amazing daycare/school. I had two kids attend the school and had an amazing experience. The staff and teachers are highly professional and skilled in what they do. My toddler learned so much while attending the school and enjoyed it very much. My infant always seemed happy and was clean when I went to pick him up. Highly recommend this center to anyone is search for a daycare/school to place their children.

I was invited to speak to the kids about what I do at my bakery and the teachers were so attentive to the kids and very patient. The kids were very polite and kind to each other and listened to their teachers when ask to draw their attention back to me. I was really impressed its very obvious that these teachers treat and care for these kiddos well. Thanks for having me. You all were great.

Dear Kathy M and Larry Z, interesting that your reviews were written at the same time. I have a feeling of who you are. This is Kris Generali, the proud owner of The Generali School of Literature and the Arts. I can attest that these reviews are falsified and have been reported as untrue. Although I do not feel the need to defend GSLA, I will state the following:
-Our teachers are the best out there!! There is not one teacher working at GSLA that is not enthusiastic and passionate for what they do. They put the needs of the children first and make every attempt to make every child in their classroom happy.
-Teacher turnover? Our full time teachers and many part time teachers have been with us many years.
-Teacher supervision I welcome you to come and watch your child on video for an entire day so you can see how attentive our teachers are.
-Dirty We are extremely clean. In addition to teachers cleaning throughout the day in each classroom, we have hired someone who comes and cleans every day from 4-6 for a more thorough cleaning. Professional cleaning takes place every weekend.
-As far as following covid procedure, every case that we have had we have had a direct consultation with the health department and have followed their directives exactly as given. Please call the department of health and give me a call if there is something that we did not do that we were supposed to.
-I don't think that in 13 years I have ever missed calling a parent back or was not willing to have a discussion about a parent concern.
I welcome you to come forward and have a discussion with me about how "horrible" our school is....social media makes things very easy. I wish you all the best.
Sincerely,
Kris Generali
