TENSION DISSOLVED AWAY
My wife and I had the privilege of attending three private classes with Kassie during our trip to Port. After a long and tiring work schedule, Kassie's expertise and healing voice were just the antidote we needed. Her guidance through various postures helped us feel both energised and relaxed. We attended the Mums and Bubs yoga which was a great way to return to physical activity.
This class really helped to regain pelvic floor strength, muscle length and balance with the convenience of having my baby attend with me.
