It was such a great experience! The coach was patient despite our clumsy and fairly big group! It was also very relaxing and free beverages were offered before and after the session.

Heaven on earth. What a beautiful community, studio to bend into all so many beautiful shapes. With workshops, yoga, and pilates (all swinging from a gorgeous hammock) . The teachers are just so wonderful, and I am so thankful they get to share their joy and passion with us.

Best aerial in the world, and that is literal!!!

Shari and her team of conscious yoga and movement facilitators offer a safe a supportive space to expand one’s own body, mind, and spirit through the physical practices guided and offered in this space.
An airy, light-filled space with an amazing view.
Compassionate, inclusive, and encouraging communication and culture.
The entry to the building is very ‘Alice in Wonderland’ ‘esque’; offering diversity of creative inspiration. Allow yourself time to journey and navigate through this when attending Sky Lab! ?

Interesting experience.
The highlight was the relaxing atmosphere.
The downside was the bruises.
Also the price ($45) is quite high.
I’m glad to have tried it out but I don’t think I would go back.

I can not adequately describe how much I love coming to class and being at Sky-Lab!! It’s such a beautiful space and it’s the only time in my week that my mind is quiet and that I truely feel connected to my body.
I’ve found major improvement in my health, breathing and overall well-being since coming to Sky-Lab and can’t thank the instructors enough for their warm guidance in this crazy time. They are absolutely wonderful human beings and amazing teachers and I’m so glad they’ve been able to hold on and deliver such inspiring classes throughout while everything else has seemed in disarray ? Thank you

A beautiful and welcoming space! Had such a great experience at Sky-Lab. It was incredibly rewarding to move and perform movements I thought I was incapable of. There is strength and peace found in aerial, and the lovely trainers at the studio support and guide you towards discovering it. The studio caters to all different fitness levels so don't be shy! Highly recommend 🙂

I love this space and the lab community. The studio is an absolute oasis, so warm and welcoming. Shari has truly built something so special. The progressive yoga courses have allowed me to expand my repertoire of shapes, flips, and tricks - which, in turn, have allowed me to develop my confidence in the practise and in myself. The range of open classes are perfect for conditioning, building strength, stretching, and decompressing. Exercise never feels like a chore - hanging out is so much fun!

If I could give 6 stars, I would!
Sky-lab is my second home, every session I do here, I come out brand new!
Shari and her team of teachers are more than just instructors, they are mentors, friends, cheerleaders and supporters!
They have worked with me through multiple injuries and continue to give me the confidence and belief to tackle new shapes, new challenges and new sequences with a smile.
Some people like solid results, they give that too:
- I managed to plank 7'48'' after keeping up a routine schedule of aerial classes at sky-lab
- During the covid online class period, I put on 2kg of lean muscle mass!
Just writing this review, like all the visits to the studio, brightens up my day
