I visited for my driving test around 7.15AM in the morning, such a warm welcome by staff and with full skills ,following the policies and rules I gave my driving test and passed. Customer service is outstanding. No matter if you are skilled driver you will pass the test!! Take it easy for all who write negative reviews Cheers!!! and good luck to team!!

Very bad service at this centre. Not satisfied at all. They are just here to make money from students and needy ones just so they can support their families. The instructor Adam was very rude and very misbehaving and did not at all tell me why did I fail the test. Absolutely waste of money if you come in your own car to take a test here. They are bookies, just get a driving instructor car and they will pass you. To the managers Adam was very rude please have alook.

Wonderful experience with examiner Adam today, he made me feel very at ease and was super kind and helpful! I felt he went above and beyond what an examiner would normally do! All the other staff I dealt with today were super professional, kind and quick! Could not rate this place any better.

I had my driving test today and I’m disappointed by my experience at this driving test center. My examiner, Mukesh, was not only unprofessional but also made me feel unnecessarily anxious and uncomfortable throughout the test. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a situation that is already stressful for most people. I hope the center addresses this issue to improve the experience for others in the future. What’s even more upsetting is that there are so many bad reviews about this test center, yet it seems like management is doing nothing to fix these problems.

Wish I had read the reviews before booking at silverwater service nsw. This centre is terrible for someone doing their driving test. The first time my son went there they refused to let him do the test because the log book was filled out incorrectly even though it was minor issue they made us go home and fill it out on a new page, I could have easily done it at the centre as his instructor was late anyways so that was a waste of money and they made us rebook. My son did his test 4 weeks later and failed over the silliest thing as I know he doesn’t do what the instructor said he did because he drives with me all the time. The instructors are not friendly at all and I feel this centre is a money making scam as 8 people did their test that day and only 1 passed, really?! Someone should really look into the way they conduct testing at this centre because it’s a joke and a waste of money never going back there!

Had my driving test here, easy to book in and take the test. My testing officer Adam was being really nice to me, kind words lifted up my stress and nervousness. And his instructions during the test were very clear and calm. Really appreciate it.That one my second time to get a test here but first one was terrible due to the examiner, she ( indian lady) was so rude and im sure that she failed me on purpose on my first attempt.

Had gone here for my husbands driving test on a Monday and he was called 15 minutes late and after the driving test it took an hour or more of waiting to be called to give the card. The instructor irfan was chatting away and on enquiring he just said you will be called and kept us waiting. If you are going to this service NSW keep plenty of time and patience. Not all the test instructors are nice. I had a bad experience with a grumpy command giver too and the next time I had a great experience with a young guy who made me comfortable and I aced the test .

This is complete rubbish. Do not book a driving test here. The examiners here are not professional at all and will definitely make you fail for the smallest reason. It is a complete waste of money to take the test here. I suspect that the examiners here are in urgent need of money because of family problems. If they want to earn money for their family's funeral expenses, there is no need to waste everyone's time here to make money. The efficiency is low and begging is faster than this.
