Training at Evolve BJJ was an incredible experience! Egor is not only an exceptional jiu-jitsu athlete with impressive results in State and National competitions, but he’s also a impressive coach. His passion and knowledge really shine through, and you can feel his dedication to helping each student grow, no matter their level. I’ve learned so much from him, and I’m really grateful for the opportunity to have trained with him along with the progress I made as a training partner.

Tarah’s Yoga classes are just as amazing! Her sessions are highly sought after for a reason. Whether you’re looking to complement your jiu-jitsu training or just want a great yoga class, I can’t recommend her enough. Her classes have improved my flexibility and mindset, and even if you're not into jiu-jitsu, you'll love her energy and teaching style.

Joining Evolve has literally been life changing for our family . Egor & Tarah have had such a positive impact on our Son Noah (age 9), in developing his confidence, skills, technique and overall wellbeing. His technique and skills are not only helping in BJJ but has been an enormous benefit to his football skills. Noah has grown in leaps and bounds this year really demonstrating his skills and technique from what he has learnt from Professor Egor & Coach Tarah on the mat out on the field. This place has become our second home , with me joining just 6 weeks post pregnancy both Egor & Tarah have been so welcoming to our little girl and helping with encouraging my training ?. This community is like no other , the love and support shown is second to none , its been amazing watching Noah grow in his BJJ and the love shown towards Saige . Our whole family is now training and we are so glad to have found Evolve .

We weren’t sure how our neurodivergent son would go initially, but we signed him up after a few trials and couldn’t believe how well he took to BJJ - we were there every day. Egor and Tarah have such a great way with the kids who absolutely love training and playing games with new friends! There’s something special about their coaching that engages each child and makes them feel valued and seen.

Coach Tarah and Professor Egor are an inspiring couple. Every class my 7 year old son attends is interesting and engaging with something new to learn and a fun game to end the class.
